Few pastries have the same place in the heart of the Swede as the Kanelbulle (a Kanelbulle is like a cinnamon bun but  less sweet, flavored with cardamom in the dough and topped with pearl sugar). It’s almost synonymous with “fika”, and no fika-time is complete without it. It’s simplistic, yet indulgent. And there are as many variations of it as there are pieces of pearl sugar on it. It can be a little snack or a dinner for two.
What better way to give tribute to this fika-legend, than to give it a completely new look, by adding 17g of protein, delicious milk chocolate and removing the unnecessary sugar, and at the same time keeping all the flavour?

We believe that the good stuff in life also should be healthy for you, and give you some kind of benefit, beyond the enticing flavour. Eat it as a snack or bring it to your workout and make all your friends (nibbling away at yet another dry-wall-bar) jealous. Or why not transform your usual fika into something much healthier with protein and no added sugar. At least that’s what we’re trying to do.
